Urban
Cities are magical places, filled with creativity, a playground where artists express themselves. The murals, powerful, very often ephemeral, are now an integral part of the urban landscape, embellishing the facades, coloring our eyes.

The city is also a place where people live, work, and therefore make this environment unique. The moments on the streets are not manufactured or edited. Rather the people and places are pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, all falling into place together at the right moment, to create something enchanting. Each moment is different, and that alone is exciting and provides the canvas for boundless possibilities! Street photography is fun and thrilling. It is almost like opening a box of chocolates, you never quite know what you are going to get! When I do street photography, I feel a combination of adrenalin, passion, anticipation and what all street photographers can relate to — fear. The environment is constantly changing and it is exhilarating just being amongst the ‘chaos’ and endeavouring to adapt to the fast moving surroundings. Beyond the pictures themselves, what makes me vibrate the most in the practice of street photography is the opportunity to encounter great people.

“Photography is the art of painting without brushes.” — Damien Berrard
